Palliative Hub – Adult – website for people with life limiting conditions, their carers and family members
Palliative Hub – Learning Platform – an online learning environment including a number of free to access online learning programmes for professionals and the public
Palliative Hub – Professional – website providing resources for health and social care professionals, researchers and educators.

Healthcare Improvement Scotland – Older People in Acute Care Improvement Programme has launched a series of videos on delirium.
The videos could be used in a variety of ways to continue to raise awareness of the importance of listening to family members and to further engage a range of partners. The videos highlight three individual stories told by women of their mothers’ experience of delirium.
