PCOC The Palliative Care Outcomes Collaboration (PCOC) programme was developed in Australia and, led by Milford Care Centre it is now being introduced across Ireland. PCOC Is an international programme that seeks to drive improvements in palliative care by using repeated patient assessments and measurements of the outcomes of our care.
